In anticipation of the proposed changes to Bankruptcy Rules 3001 and 3002, which become effective in December 2011, the attorneys of Trejo Law Corporation are currently providing training sessions for our clients. The amended rules set guidelines for compliance in regards to proof of claims, payment change letters, and recoverability of post-petition fees and costs for residential mortgages.
